Come and beat the blues with a lovely evening at Grange Farm Shop learning the ancient art of fermenting your own food.
Helen is passionate about foraging, sprouting and fermenting to increase the nutritional value of food and helping to cut down on waste in your kitchen.
Helen will be running through the basics of fermentation, her knowledge of gut health, the importance of eating well, talking about what works and hoping to break down misconceptions or fears we may have around starting a ferment.
This will be our third fermentation event and we have all really enjoyed a wonderful, informative and fun time, a lovely way to spend an evening in the company of like minded people, enjoying a hot drink and a nice mug of soup and we’ll send you home with a little pot of something Helen has fermented in her own kitchen.
