Hasketon Hogget

Our very own home grown lamb

Star Product

all of it

Why it is a star product. Because it is so beautiful, so affordable and smells and lasts better than any usual bunch you would buy.

Our wonderful Hasketon Hogget is now ready to pre-order for Easter and the return of the Rule of Six when two families can meet outside....BBQ time (if you need to stock up - we also have great Apple Cider Vinegar hand sanitizer)

Our sheep are virtually hand reared here at home on our ancient pastures where sheep and cattle used to gather before going on to market. Despite the hand rearing, they do live outside all year round and are grass fed. - no live-in sheep begging at the table here!

We've had such a great response to our Hasketon Hogget. And, personally, the seal of approval was from my wife, Annabel, a dyed in the wool sheep lover, being the daughter of Welsh and Australian sheep farmers.

Clément has selected two excellent hogget friendly Côtes du Rhone: The organic Vin de Blaise 2017 and Cuvée des Galets which is both organic and natural. For lamb I can't choose between them, the Blaise for me is drier and more a classic Côtes du Rhone while the Cuvée des Galets is both lighter and fruitier!

Hasketon Hogget is Grange Farm’s very own home grown hogget, a 2 year old lamb from our flock of Suffolk sheep reared on ancient grassland using traditional, natural methods.

Hogget is by far the best of lamb having had time to have a good life, grow and mature. Our hoggets are purely grass fed with all the nutritional value that brings, better protein, micro nutrients like zinc and iron and better 'good for you' fat.

Every few months hogget boxes become available, please keep an eye on our website for availability or sign up to our email list.
