An evening event watching and listening to expert fermenter Helen Wilson @Upyourgut. 

Helen  is passionate about foraging, sprouting and fermenting; increasing the nutritional value of food and cutting down on waste in your kitchen.  Helen will be running through the basics of fermentation, her knowledge of gut health, the importance of eating well, talking about what works and hoping to break down misconceptions or fears we may have around starting a ferment. 

We’ll be sending you home with something she has fermented in her own kitchen and have a wonderful informative and fun evening.
